Carol attended Eastern Illinois University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Business Education. After teaching for a short time, her work background spans over 30 years in Office Administration with companies such as Panasonic, Canon and JP Morgan Chase. Carol has currently been with Brown CPA Group for almost 10 years. As Administrative Supervisor, Carol primarily communicates with clients regarding tax engagement, assisting clients in using digital platforms, and processing the filing of tax returns, while looking for ways to make the processing simpler. Carol enjoys the work she does at Brown CPA, and also enjoys traveling, walking, biking and Jazzercise outside of the office, as well as spending time with her grown children and grandchildren.
